We are trying something new this year - EVERYONE can bid and win, even you toasty warm and dry snowbirds!

Option 1:  Come the Polar Bear Dinner, and participate in person in Silent Auction, AND buy Raffle tickets for Raffle items.

Option 2:  Even if you are unable to make the dinner in person, you CAN participate in the Silent Auction!  Simply send an email to KCYCauction@gmail.com with ONLY the SUBJECT LINE, in the following format:

ITEM# - your name - cell phone number for texting - your maximum bid - do you want to be kept up to date during the auction with texts?

for example:
#12 - John Boater - 360-999-9999 - $125 - YES

We will confirm your bid and assign your bid information to a trained Proxy Agent, who will keep your maximum bid a secret from the room, and will enter your bids into the silent auction starting at the minimum, up until your maximum, just as if you were there in person.  If you choose to be kept up to date, they will text you as appropriate to keep you updated.
