Recreational Boating Association of Washington (RBAW) is an organization that KCYC fully supports. Membership dues help maintain freedom from overbearing legislation by supporting RBAW lobbyists and providing newsletters, periodic critical alerts about legislation updates and boating news, and discounts at various businesses. | | |

Here are some examples of their important work on our behalf:
- The recent removal of restrictions imposed on boaters as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic;
- The successfull fight on a transportation investment package that would have doubled your watercraft excise tax; and
- Work with the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission who will be starting the repair of over 60 mooring buoys in Western Washington.
Individual membership dues are just $20/household and a modest investment compared to your investment in boating. Joining individually increases the support for RBAW and also reduces the fees that our club pays.
