We’re moving into the next phase of our roll out of the Website and the new e-commerce features available. So what’s coming? Around the 15th of November you will be receiving as an automatic email from the Website, a note about your upcoming dues payment. If you click on the “Red Circle Icon” , or the “ Pay Now” message you will be directed to the Membership Renewal Page. On that page you will have a chance to select the type of membership you want to renew for, as a Family membership or as a Single membership by clicking on the pull down menu titled Membership Type. There is a great new option, pay your dues in monthly installments.

If you choose monthly installments, a window will open where you can enter your credit card information. Remember, monthly installments can only be made using a credit card. Fill out that window. Check mark the box to store your credit card on file, and then follow the instructions to complete the transaction. That’s it. From this point forward, each month your credit card will be automatically charged the monthly dues. Next year we’ll ask you if you want to renew and if you do, you can continue with monthly dues, or change your membership type at that time.

In each of your profile pages on the Website, we have attached two files, one stating the Club’s Membership Dues policies, and one stating the Club’s Event Registration policies. Take some time to click on each document and read what our policies are. For those of you that would like to read those policies without logging onto the Website, we will be sending emails with links so you can review them directly.
