Ballard Locks Cruise

This is a boater education opportunity for members to have the experience of being a crew member on a boat that is transiting the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks. This will be especially helpful for those boaters wishing to participate in the Seattle Yacht Opening Day activities but are wary of going through the Ballard Locks.
