Friday night, February 6th, 2026 (yes, the night before Polar Bear dinner):
Seattle Yacht Club is in town, and bringing Cajun/Mardi Gras themed appetizers to mix and mingle with y'all.
We need ONE MEMBER to step up as our "adult in charge" of the evening and make sure the club is returned to its original condition. 3 volunteer hours for ya.
We're looking for a few more dishes to add to the counter from our own members please!
And we're trying a little incentive: Bring a dish, and be credited with 2 volunteer hours for your efforts as a thank you.
Following Friday night, February 13th:
Edmonds Yacht Club is in town for their first cruise of the year, and they are doing their traditional Lasagna Contest.
We need ONE MEMBER to step up as our "adult in charge" of the evening and make sure the club is returned to its original condition. 3 volunteer hours for ya.
We have been invited to participate, and they are asking if we could contribute some salads or other goodies (I am sure a dessert would be welcome as well). There is no charge for KCYC members.
And again - a little incentive: Bring a salad or another dish, and be credited with 2 volunteer hours.
