Rec'd rental appl. 8/21/23 but she wrote in $250 Rental fee when it should have been $495. I corrected this via email response and requested checks be mailed to us by April 1, 2024 (CLC)
Asked Chuck to find checks as Suzy said she mailed them weeks ago. She will send additional check for $245 to make up the balance of the rental fee. (CLC 5/8/24)
